Sylvia F. Hammond
Dr. Hammond is a semi-retired HR Director. She is committed to implementing skills development and managing the www.skills-universe.com social media site. She consults on the implementation of skills and employment equity. Dr. Hammond recently graduated from the University of Cape Town where she examined the influence of occupational identity and skills development processes in the construction informal SME workplace.

Kwame Kumador
Dr. Kwame Kumador is a lecturer in child and family studies at the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, University of Ghana. He recently obtained his PhD at the Department of Early Childhood Education, University of Pretoria, South Africa. His research focused on the cultural-historical analysis of the pedagogy of children with learning difficulties within piloted inclusive ECE public schools in Ghana. He was supervised by Professor Muthivhi.

Rose Rushton (Brien)
Dr. Rose Rushton is a full-time lecturer in Foundation Phase Numeracy at CPUT Mowbray, Cape Town, South Africa. She recently obtained her PhD from the Department of Early Childhood Education, University of Pretoria, South Africa, under the supervision of Professor Azwihangwisi Muthivhi. Her research examined CHAT model of play-based pedagogy for teaching numeracy in a diverse South African Grade R classroom.
